Returns
You may return your tennis ball machine or accessory within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival
Returns due to change of mind may incur a restocking fee.

- Items damaged due to misuse
Warranty
Most tennis ball machines include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Warranty covers mechanical and electrical defects but not wear-and-tear or user damage.
Refund Process
- Submit a return request at info@ballmachinestore.co.za
- We inspect the item once received
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping for Returns
- If the item is defective, we cover return shipping.
- For voluntary returns, the customer covers shipping charges.
